£22 for 2022

The PTA has challenged all children in the school to raise £22 by the Tuesday after the Queen’s Platinum Jubilee (i.e. the 7th June).

Children who reach the £22 target will be presented with a certificate in school assembly, with a prize awarded for the following:

  • The class that raises the most funds
  • The individual who raises the most funds
  • The most eco-friendly wat to raise funds

Discounted Southend Adventure Island Wristbands - £15 each

Buckhurst Hill Community Primary School's PTA has joined a fundraising program with Adventure Island fun park in Southend on Sea to be able to offer all-day wristbands at the discounted price of £15 each to residents of Buckhurst Hill, Roding Valley, Chingford, Loughton, Woodford, Chigwell and the surrounding areas. Quiz Night

Our Quiz Night returned in roaring style. Maybe it was the complimentary fizz on the door, or maybe the bring-your-own bottle policy, but everyone seemed to be enjoying themselves and the quizmasters hosted a fantastic evening. Ticket sales, a raffle and an impromptu game of Heads and Tails all helped us raise nearly £1,000 toward this year's school funding priorities.
