Discounted Southend Adventure Island Wristbands - £15 each

Buckhurst Hill Community Primary School's PTA has joined a fundraising program with Adventure Island fun park in Southend on Sea to be able to offer all-day wristbands at the discounted price of £15 each to residents of Buckhurst Hill, Roding Valley, Chingford, Loughton, Woodford, Chigwell and the surrounding areas. Stikins Name Labels

The PTA has joined a fundraising program with Stikins - a company that makes sticky name labels for school uniforms - who will make a donation of between £2 - £4 to the PTA for every purchase from their website that uses a special referral code at checkout. Any donations the PTA receives will be put toward the school's current funding priorities. Note that the price you pay is still the same - the donation comes out of Stickins' revenue. If you are buying name labels from the Stikins website, please use our fundraising number 3119 to ensure we receive a donation from them. Follow the steps below for how to do this: 1. £22 for 2022

The PTA has challenged all children in the school to raise £22 by the Tuesday after the Queen’s Platinum Jubilee (i.e. the 7 th June). Children who reach the £22 target will be presented with a certificate in school assembly, with a prize awarded for the following: The class that raises the most funds The individual who raises the most funds The most eco-friendly wat to raise funds

Quiz Night

Our Quiz Night returned in roaring style. Maybe it was the complimentary fizz on the door, or maybe the bring-your-own bottle policy, but everyone seemed to be enjoying themselves and the quizmasters hosted a fantastic evening. Ticket sales, a raffle and an impromptu game of Heads and Tails all helped us raise nearly £1,000 toward this year's school funding priorities.

Our first event of 2022 got off to a great start for those with a sweet tooth, with pre-ordered boxes of doughnuts being delivered to school and distributed at the end of the school day. All the money we raised will be contributed to the school's fundraising priorities for this year
